NEW CLIENT information is listed below.

| SALON POLICIES |
We are a small business and we rely on you turning up to any times that you have booked with us.
These policies and associated fees enable us to keep operating and help to compensate for any lost time that could have been offered to another client.
Salon policies are firm. By booking with us, you are agreeing to these terms.

| BOOKING FEES |
Bookings require a 30% deposit unless stated otherwise. An additional $3 fee will be added to your final bill to assist with our sustainability commitments.

| CANCELLATION POLICY |
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or make changes to your booking. Deposits are not refundable or transferable if cancellations or changes are made after this cut off period.

Please keep in mind that if you decide to scale back your booking to a service of lesser value without providing us with 24 hour notice, you will still be billed the cost of the original booking.

| NO-SHOW POLICY |
Missed appointments are subject to a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the booked session. Any associated deposits will be forfeited, with the remainder of the fee charged to your card.

Cancellations made within 2 hours of your appointment time are regarded as no-shows and will incur the same fee.

If your card is not yet on file with us, fees will be added to your account and must be settled before any future bookings will be accepted.

| ADJUSTMENT POLICY |
Adjustments to your hair can be made within 14 days of your original booking. Please let us if know something needs to be tweaked. Adjustments made within this timeframe will be complimentary.

Refunds will not be considered if we have not been given the opportunity to view and adjust our work.
Change of mind is not covered by this policy.

| WAITLIST |
Waitlist requests are automatically cleared after 8 weeks. If you don’t hear from us during this time you will need to check back in to see what session times are available, or rejoin the waitlist.

| NEW CLIENTS |
Limited New Client sessions are available with Brianna each month.
Head to the New Client drop down list on our bookings page. ADD ME TO YOUR WAITLIST will be the only option available here if they are at capacity. Please select this and join our wait list. Let us know a little about what you’d like to have done in the notes.
Please do not book any sessions designed for our returning clients.

ALL new client colour work requires consultation prior to booking. Consultations can take place during a New Client haircut session, or can be booked separately through our contact form or via text.

I cut hair dry, using a personalised freehand cutting style to compliment and encourage your hairs natural movement and texture. I use a low-tox colour range, and my colours are formulated to enhance, enrich and/or brighten your hair, while working within your natural colour range. My goal is to create low maintenance high impact hair that you feel good about.
